Darren Hersch is the Sr. VP of Real Estate for Zitelman Partners, where he is responsible for underwriting, analysis, asset management, investor reporting and investor relations.

Darren has been working in Real Estate for the past 15 years on both the ownership and management side and has experience with many types of asset classes.  Darren has an entrepreneurial background as, before his work in Real Estate, he was the owner/operator of two small businesses earlier in his career.

Darren lives in the suburbs of Philadelphia with his wife, Amy, and their three sons, Henry, Jesse and Miles.  When he is able to get some free time, he enjoys spending it playing golf and bowling.
