Operating Partner was introduced to Zitelman Partners and was looking for a long-term investor partner, as other potential investors they spoke with wanted a 5 - 7 year exit.  They chose Zitelman Partners due its experience, reputation and flexible long-term time frame for ownership. Zitelman Partners has done two deals with this Operating Partner.

Status:
The properties are still owned and partners continue to receive double digit quarterly distributions after receiving 45% of capital back in refinance.
